Alun Hartley

Alun Hartley has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Alun is currently working as a Principal Software Engineer at Thomas since July 2023. Before that, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at the same company from June 2021 to June 2023.

Prior to joining Thomas, Alun worked as a Principal Developer at Körber Supply Chain from October 2020 to June 2021. Alun also served as a Technical Architect at Amberjack Global from November 2019 to October 2020.

Before these roles, Alun worked at Audatex UK as a Software Development Architect from January 2016 to October 2019. Alun also gained considerable experience as a Lead Software Engineer - Core Framework at CNL Software from December 2012 to December 2015, and as a Software Development Engineer from March 2011 to December 2012.

Earlier in their career, Alun worked as a Software Engineer at Otto Bock from February 2007 to April 2011, and as an Assistant Language Teacher at the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program (JET) from August 2005 to August 2006.

Alun's work experience also includes a role as a Support Engineer at DCSL Software Ltd from September 2004 to July 2005, and as a Student Software Engineer at HP from July 2002 to August 2003.

From 2000 to 2004, Alun Hartley attended Aberystwyth University, where they pursued a BEng degree in Software Engineering.
