Ken King

Ken King has over 30 years of experience working in the real estate industry. Ken started their career at Shapell Homes in 1992 as a Superintendent and worked their way up to Assistant Vice President, General Superintendent. In 2014, they joined Trumark Homes as the Director of Construction and Customer Service, where they stayed until 2019. In 2019, they became the Senior Vice President of Operations at Thomas James Homes, where they currently work. Ken has a strong background in process scheduling, negotiations, value engineering, contractors, and project estimation.
