Kim Dans

Kim Dans has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Kim most recently worked at Jefferson Health as the Vice President & General Manager of Healthcare Operations. Prior to that, they held a similar role at Health Partners Plans, where they assumed P&L responsibility and spearheaded various initiatives to expand the portfolio of products.

Earlier in their career, Kim worked as the Senior Director at Maximus, successfully leading the award of a new contract while optimizing technology and automation. Kim also served as a Senior Director Analyst at Gartner, advising Fortune 500+ international organizations on operational decisions to improve customer service challenges.

Kim has a strong background in the healthcare industry, including positions such as Senior Director at Virginia Premier, Vice President at Weight Watchers, and Senior Director at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. In these roles, they focused on improving operational performance, customer satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.

Throughout their career, Kim has demonstrated their ability to drive results, optimize processes, and lead organizational transformation. Kim has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding SLAs, reducing costs, and improving customer experience.

Kim Dans received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Muhlenberg College. Before that, Kim Dans completed a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program at Shoreham Wading River High School, earning an NY State Regents High School Diploma.
