Tierra M. Seay

Tierra M. Seay has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Tierra M. began their career with Favorite Healthcare Staffing in 2010, where they served as an Operations Manager, Senior Recruiter, and Staffing Coordinator. During their time there, they were responsible for screening, hiring, credentialing, and scheduling Registered Nurses and Allied Professionals.

In 2018, Seay joined Jefferson Health as a Talent Acquisition Partner for Nurse Recruitment. Tierra M. partnered with talented individuals and hiring managers to meet the staffing needs of Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals and Jefferson University Physicians across the Jefferson Health Enterprise. In 2019, they were promoted to Lead Talent Acquisition Partner, where they supervised the Nurse Recruitment Team and acted as a resource to nursing managers and directors.

Seay continued to advance their career at Jefferson Health, becoming a Talent Acquisition Manager in 2021. In this role, they worked towards Jefferson's mission of improving lives by recruiting, developing, and rewarding highly-qualified employees. Additionally, they became a member of the GWU Digital Marketing Advisory Council at The George Washington University School of Business in 2021. Membership on the council was by invitation only and based on personal and professional accomplishments.

Seay's most recent position is as the Enterprise Director of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment at Jefferson Health, a role they assumed in February 2022. In this position, they are responsible for inpatient nursing recruitment at 16 hospitals and 5 urgent cares across the East Region, Central Region, and North Region of Jefferson Health.

Tierra M. Seay earned a Bachelor's Degree in English with a minor in Psychology from Rutgers University, from 2005 to 2010. Tierra M. has also obtained two additional certifications, including "Excel: Creating Business Budgets" and "Why Trust Matters with Rachel Botsman," both from LinkedIn, in the year 2023.
