Alexa Hayes is an accomplished marketing professional with a diverse portfolio in higher education and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as Marketing Director at Thomas Jefferson University since September 2018, Alexa enhances the university’s brand and supports strategic enrollment goals through various marketing methods. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Marketing at the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco, where management of a multifunctional team and multimillion-dollar budget contributed to the advancement of the organization's mission. Alexa's career also encompasses positions at Philadelphia University as a Senior Designer and Marketing Specialist and an Adjunct Professor, alongside earlier roles in design and marketing at various firms. Currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Brand Management, Alexa holds a Master of Science in User Experience and Interaction Design, and a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design Communication.
