Dawn Busick

Dawn Busick is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in workforce development, human capital development, and organizational excellence. Currently serving as a Contract Consultant at TPMA since March 2022, Dawn has a proven track record in project management and program performance assessment, focusing on innovative strategies to address workforce challenges. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at Thomas P. Miller and Associates, LLC, MoWINs Program Director at the Missouri Community College Association, and Executive Director of the Center for Workforce Development at Ozarks Technical Community College. Dawn has also held leadership positions in the Missouri Division of Workforce Development and the Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Management from the University of Illinois Springfield and a certificate in Innovations in Governance from Harvard Kennedy School.
