Chris Pease has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning different industries. Chris is currently working at Thomas Scientific as the Senior Vice President of Operations & Business Transformation. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President at the same company.

Before joining Thomas Scientific, Chris worked at Alvarez & Marsal as a Director, specializing in Merger Integration, Carve-out and Divestiture Management, Business Integration Strategy, and Performance and Operational Improvement. Chris led IT and back office integration planning and execution for a large security company, achieving nearly $4 million in IT-related synergies and improving invoice accuracy by 35%.

Chris also held the role of Director of Global Real Estate & Workplace Solutions at Regus, where they were responsible for delivering sustained growth, continuous sales and service improvement, and managing a $280 million sales budget.

As the Eastern Division President at Cornerstone Records Management, Chris led sales and operations for 26 locations in 12 states, focusing on revenue growth, cost management, acquisition diligence and integration, and overall business development.

Earlier in their career, Chris served as the Vice President of Sales and Operations at Pitney Bowes, overseeing the facilitation and integration of Secure Document Services and Records and Information Management, and establishing business practices for records and secure destruction services.

At Recall, Chris held the role of General Manager for the Northeast Region, with full sales and P&L responsibility and oversight of employee performance and development.

Chris also has experience as the Owner, President, and CEO of MainLine Golf & Training Center, and as the National Director of Office Services at Johnson Controls and Vice President of Facilities Management at Parcels, Inc.

Chris'scareer started at Pitney Bowes as the National Director of Operations, where they managed a $48 million business with 18 service centers across the US. Chris was responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising managers and sales personnel, as well as overseeing the overall financial performance of the division nationally.

Chris Pease attended the University of Delaware from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Concord High School in Wilmington, DE.
