Matt Defranco

Matt DeFranco, MBA has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Matt started their career as an Associate in Billing and Financial Operations at Evolve IP from December 2012 to August 2015. At Cardinal Health, they served as an Operations Supervisor for Pharmaceuticals from August 2015 to June 2018 and later took on the role of a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from June 2018 to October 2019. Currently, they are working at Thomas Scientific as the Senior Director of Operations and Process Excellence since April 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of Operations and Process Improvement from October 2019 to April 2022. Throughout their career, Matt has demonstrated a strong track record of driving operational excellence, improving processes, managing teams, and implementing quality management systems.
