Mitch Kapsaskis has extensive experience in the construction and architectural industry. Mitch started their career as a Project Coordinator at Denco Construction in 2001, where they reviewed plans and specifications, initiated take-offs, gathered proposals, and handled purchasing and scheduling. In 2005, they became the Managing Partner at New Century Construction, overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including estimating, coordination, scheduling, management, and finances. During their time there, they successfully designed and constructed a 6,500 SF home. In 2007, Mitch joined JPR Wood, Architects & Builders as a Project Manager, where they developed and implemented project estimates, schedules, and tasks. Finally, in 2008, they joined Thomas Windows, Inc. as the Vice President of Sales.
Mitch Kapsaskis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business - Management from The College of New Jersey, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Colts Neck HS from 1998 to 2001.
