Lindsay Griess

Lindsay Griess has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Captain at The French Laundry under Thomas Keller Restaurant Group since March 2018. Prior to this role, Lindsay held the position of Private Dining Director and Wine Manager at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar from August 2015 to March 2018, where duties included supporting associates to enhance guest experiences. Lindsay's career also includes roles as a Cocktail Waitress at Polo Grounds Pub and Grill and various positions at Grill Concepts, Inc., where skills in customer service and team leadership were developed.
