Sarah Bayersdorfer

Sarah Bayersdorfer is an accomplished Chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry. Currently serving in the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group since May 2018, previous roles include Culinary Manager and Assistant Culinary Manager at Hillstone Restaurant Group, as well as experience as a Chef Assistant at the Culinary Institute of America and various internships in food and beverage operations at Union Oyster House and Canoe Brook Country Club. Sarah also volunteered as a Farmer at Jacobsen Orchards and gained insight into healthcare as an intern with Elite Orthopaedic, LLC and Advance Rehab Solutions. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Boston University and an accelerated culinary arts degree from The Culinary Institute of America.
