Jonathan Sales

Jonathan Sales is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and IT support roles. Currently serving as a System Administrator at Thomaston Savings Bank since May 2022, Jonathan has previously worked at Ward Leonard CT LLC for over seven years as an IT Support Specialist, where significant achievements included reducing unscheduled downtime and implementing a successful security awareness training program. Jonathan has also contributed to the development of disaster recovery plans and enhancements in communication systems at multiple locations. Earlier career experiences include roles as an IT Technician at People's Power & Gas, where Jonathan oversaw network upgrades, and positions at AmberWyvern Studios LLC, Bentley Systems, and JAT Truck Repair. Jonathan holds an Associate's degree in Information Computer Sciences from Naugatuck Valley Community College.
