David Kelly

David Kelly has extensive experience in quality control and inspection roles within the construction and welding sectors. Currently serving as Quality Control Manager at Thompson Construction Group, Inc. since October 2018, David also holds the position of QC/QA Welding Inspector at Fluor Corporation since January 2018. Previous experience includes roles as a certified welding inspector and pipe welder starting in August 2017, and as a Level II Quality ITM 460 Source Surveillance Assurance Inspector at WESTEC Staffing Services from November 2016 to August 2017. David’s earlier positions include Nuclear Source Inspector at PMQS and QA/QC at Performance Contracting, Inc., showcasing a strong background in quality assurance and structural welding inspections. David graduated from Seminole High School in 1969.
