Kimberly Rauschenbach

Kimberly Rauschenbach has a diverse work experience. Kimberly started their career in 2000 as an Electronics Technician/Job Controller at AHNTECH, Inc. Kimberly then worked as a Program Manager at Aldersgate United Methodist Church from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, they became an Executive Office Manager at Palmetto Health Tuomey, where they worked until 2017. Kimberly then joined Palmetto Health as a Process Engineer from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are working at Thompson Construction Group, Inc. as a Safety Process Engineer and recently transitioned to the role of Director of Talent Development.

Kimberly Rauschenbach received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Saint Leo University in the years 2001-2013. Kimberly also holds additional certifications in Change Acceleration Process and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
