Mathew Janczak

Mathew Janczak currently serves as the VP of Long Term Care Services at UR Thompson Health, where responsibilities include leading a team of 13 clinical professionals and coordinating daily operations at a skilled nursing facility. Janczak has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Assistant Administrator, Rehab Services Manager, and Rehab Services Coordinator. Prior experience includes serving as a Physical Therapist, providing care in outpatient, acute care, and long-term settings. Janczak's military background includes instruction as a Naval Flight Instructor with Training Squadron 86, recognized as the Flight Instructor of the Year in 2007, and as a Radar Intercept Officer flying the Grumman F-14 Tomcat during multiple deployments. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
