Michael F. Stapleton, Jr.

Michael Stapleton, Jr., FACHE, serves as the President and CEO of UR Thompson Health and previously held the position of CEO at Lakeside Health System. With a background in nursing, Michael has also worked as a Nurse Manager in the Kessler Burn Unit and Trauma Intensive Care at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Academically, Michael earned a Master of Science in Leadership in Healthcare Systems from the University of Rochester in 2007 and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, graduating Magna Cum Laude from St. John Fisher University.
