Jake Heller

Jake Heller currently serves as the Head of Product for CoCounsel at Thomson Reuters, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Heller was the CEO of Casetext from May 2013 to November 2023, where Casetext developed the acclaimed AI legal assistant and was acquired by Thomson Reuters for $650 million. Heller's earlier experience includes positions at Ropes & Gray LLP as an Associate, at the Governor's Office of Legal Counsel as a Law Fellow, and as a Law Clerk for the First Circuit Court of Appeals. Heller also held leadership positions in academia, including serving as President of the Stanford Law Review. Educational credentials include a JD from Stanford Law School and a BA in Economics and Politics from Pitzer College.
