Jakub Mierzwa

Jakub Mierzwa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product engineering and technological oversight. Since November 2014, Jakub has worked at Thoni Alutec Sp. z o.o. in roles including Product Engineer and Technologist, managing production documentation and instructions, supervising production teams of over 50 members, and planning both short-term and strategic production processes. Jakub's expertise also encompasses managing the product lifecycle, standardizing production, and preparing analytical reports for company management. Prior to this, an internship at UNIWHEELS AG provided experience in metallographic processes and production testing. Jakub holds multiple postgraduate degrees in Production Management and Quality Management, along with a master's degree in Metallurgy from AGH University of Krakow.
