Yongqing Li

Yongqing Li is an experienced executive with a strong background in business development, innovation, and strategic marketing across various sectors, including fintech and blockchain. Currently serving as CEO of a Web3 subsidiary at ThorGroup since May 2016, Yongqing specializes in business consultancy and Crypto-as-a-Service. Previously, Yongqing held the position of Vice President of Business Development at ThorGroup (formerly BlackFish China) and served as Director for an incubated DEX project at Mocasa, a fintech company focused on innovative credit payment services in the Philippines. Yongqing's prior roles include Head of Group Innovation Office at PING AN, and Director of Corporate Strategy at Huawei, as well as experience at Orange as a Research Engineer. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from INSEAD and master's and bachelor's degrees in information system engineering and management from Université de Technologie de Troyes and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, respectively.
