Bernardo Padilla

Bernardo Padilla has extensive experience in the printing industry, currently serving as Printing Manager at Thoro Packaging since July 2006. In this role, Bernardo oversees the sheeting, printing, and hot stamping departments, demonstrating service-oriented leadership with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. Prior to this, Bernardo worked at Inland Litho from March 1994 to June 2006 as a press operator, advancing from 2nd pressman to lead pressman while gaining skills in high-end projects and Heidelberg and Komori equipment. Bernardo's journey in the printing field began at Phoenix Press from January 1988 to March 1992, where foundational knowledge of printing and interaction with evolving technology was established.
