Jonathan Hale

Jonathan Hale, PE, PMP, currently serves as the Executive Vice President at Thoroughbred, where responsibilities include providing client support in land development consulting, feasibility analysis, site selection, and project delivery while fostering relationships with community stakeholders. Formerly, Jonathan held several leadership positions within Thoroughbred, including Chief Executive Officer and CEO & President, contributing to a firm that offers full-service engineering consulting and construction services in Central Kentucky. Prior experience includes roles at S&ME, Inc. as Location Leader, Project Engineer, Staff Professional, and Engineering Technician, focusing on materials engineering and overseeing geotechnical and construction projects. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Kentucky Wesleyan College.
