Omar Ladak, ICD.D, is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the industrial and construction services sectors. As Co-Founder of Noverra Group of Companies since 2008, Omar has fostered a diverse family of companies in Western Canada and the Western United States. In addition to Noverra, Omar owns Troy Forming Concrete, Inc., Thorpe Design, Inc., and Brighter Mechanical, demonstrating expertise in integrated multi-trade contracting, residential fire protection, and re-piping services. Committed to professional development and community engagement, Omar serves as a member and past chairman of the YPO BC Board, and holds positions on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement British Columbia and the Business Laureates of BC Hall of Fame. Omar's educational achievements include a BASc in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Business Administration from The University of British Columbia, as well as executive programs from prestigious institutions like Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
