Caroline Larsen

Caroline Larsen is an experienced legal professional with a focus on employment law, currently serving as a Partner at Thorpe Shwer, P.C. since February 2023 and as a Board Member for the Grammy® Award-winning Phoenix Chorale since May 2023. Over the years, Caroline has held significant positions, including Shareholder at Ogletree Deakins from April 2008 to February 2023 and Board Member at the Homeless Legal Assistance Project from 2003 to 2010. Caroline began a legal career as an Associate at Bryan Cave LLP from 2003 to 2008 and was an Account Executive at Bernard Hodes Group from 1996 to 2000. Caroline holds a JD from Arizona State University College of Law and a BA in Communication - Public Relations from Weber State University.
