Kasey Thomas

Kasey Thomas has been in the Human Resources field for over seven years. In 2021, they began working as a Human Resources Generalist for Phoenix House Texas. In this role, they screen resumes, interviews candidates, administers assessments, and conducts reference and background checks, making recommendations for hire or not hire. Kasey also uses traditional and nontraditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates. Prior to this role, they worked as a Human Resources Manager for Thoth Solutions from 2014-2020. During this time, they also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for The Delta Companies in 2020 and a Contract Recruiter for Green Mountain Energy Company in 2019.
