Sapnah Aligeti

Sapnah pursued most of her early education in Bombay, India. In 2004, she moved to the US to further her education and career. She started her career as a Software Programmer in a Public Sector startup, where she held diverse roles managing Offshore projects in varied Technologies, Integrations, and SDLC methodologies. In 2014, Sapnah received her Professional MBA degree from UT Austin and was recruited out of campus as a full time Senior Consultant with PwC for their Capital Markets Technology Strategy Group based in NY. During this period, her experience focused on Project and Program Management across fintech banks and a leading telecom giant, helping increase efficiencies and define processes across complex cross-functional teams.

Prior to joining Thought Ensemble, Sapnah ventured to start her own event décor company in Dallas, and e-commerce stores, building her own brands via Etsy and Merch by Amazon (MBA) shops.

In her spare time, Sapnah loves to practice graphic design, event design, and work on creative home projects.
