Morgan Massie

Morgan Massie is the CEO and Founder of Leadership and Training Concierge, LLC, established in December 2022 to provide flexible leadership development and coaching services. As a Co-Founder of Change RHYTHM since 2020, Morgan has managed operations for a nonprofit organization focused on resilience coaching. Morgan also serves as a Leadership Coach with Exec, Principal at thoughtLEADERS, LLC, and Affiliate Consultant at Avion Consulting, Inc., delivering tailored coaching and consulting to diverse clients. Additionally, Morgan expresses creativity as a Watercolor Artist at Mountain Mama Fine Art and contributes to Grad Life Coaching by providing career coaching to recent graduates. Morgan holds a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology and is pursuing a PhD in Business Management and Leadership at Capella University, alongside additional specializations in Positive Psychology and Resilience.
