Shekar Dhandapani

Shekar Dhandapani is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Director of Product Development and Delivery at ThoughtLine Technologies since July 2016, where a shift toward a product-oriented focus and the adoption of Agile methodologies were spearheaded. Prior to this role, Dhandapani worked as a Delivery Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation, promoting Agile practices and managing a large, geographically dispersed team on multiple high-profile projects. Dhandapani also held the position of Application Development Manager at JPMorgan Chase, overseeing the full project life cycle for numerous significant initiatives impacting Fortune 500 companies while leading diverse teams globally.
