Hema Magesh is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and software development. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at ThoughtSpot since April 2020, Hema has held various leadership roles, including Senior Director and Director of Engineering. Prior to joining ThoughtSpot, Hema worked at Cisco from July 2012 to April 2020, progressing through positions such as Director of Software Development and Senior Engineering Manager. Experience includes roles at Juniper Networks, Intel, Wipro Technologies, and Satyam Computers, showcasing a solid background in software engineering management. Hema holds a Tanmatra - Women in Leadership certification from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from the University of Madras.
