Joffin George

Joffin George has extensive experience in systems reliability engineering and technical support, currently serving as Manager of Systems Reliability Engineering at ThoughtSpot since March 2023. Prior to this role, Joffin held various positions at Infoblox from June 2013 to March 2023, including Manager, Technical Team Lead, and Senior Technical Support Engineer, where responsibilities included handling complex escalated issues and managing relationships with corporate customers. Joffin also worked as a Technical Support Engineer at HCL Technologies from October 2011 to April 2013. Joffin holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University, awarded in 2011, and attended Little Flower Public School from 1997 to 2007.
