Head Of Customer Success at Thoughtworks

Anne Hamilton serves as the Head of Customer Success and Global Customer Engagement Lead at Thoughtworks since June 2019. Prior to this role, Anne managed the Women's Bond Club partnership with the Grace Institute, focusing on initiatives for low-income women in New York City. Anne also held the position of Corporate Events Manager for Thomson Reuters, overseeing significant corporate partnerships and global events, as well as event planning for thought leadership and client hospitality. Additional experience includes serving as a Junior Board Member for America SCORES New York, and working as Communications Manager for the Thomson Reuters Foundation. Early career roles included bartender and shift manager at the Boulder Outlook Hotel and marketing assistant at Al Campo International. Anne holds a degree in Business Administration, Finance and Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master’s in International Business from the University of Colorado Denver.
