Poorva Soman-Lavate

Poorva Soman-Lavate is a skilled Lead Experience Designer with extensive experience in service design, having held significant positions at notable organizations including JPMorgan Chase & Co. as VP and AVP of Service Design in Asset & Wealth Management, and as Head of Category Expansion at Pepperfry. Poorva has also contributed to design thinking at Accenture and has been involved in design and development at Future Factory. The educational background includes a Master’s degree in Product/Industrial Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and an internship in Interaction Design from Middlesex University.
