David Knudsen

Senior Licensing & Marketing Manager at THQ Nordic

David Knudsen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. David began their career as a Stockbroker at CHARLES SCHWAB & CO, where they provided portfolio analysis and market information to clients. David then moved on to Arizona State University, where they served as a Grant Contract Liaison and Senior Research Analyst, responsible for tracking expenditures and acting as a liaison between university units, funding sources, and regulatory agencies.

After their time at the university, Knudsen joined Rainbow Studios as an Assistant Producer, assisting with daily tasks and gathering reference material for modelers. David later joined THQ as a Licensing Manager, where they set up job descriptions and served as a liaison between THQ and WWE to maintain a strong working relationship.

Knudsen then transitioned to Big Bang Entertainment, LLC, where they served as a Producer and Licensing Manager for the MX vs ATV franchise. David'sresponsibilities included building and maintaining relationships within the offroad community to expand brand awareness.

David then returned to Rainbow Studios as the Director of Marketing and Licensing, overseeing marketing and licensing initiatives. In this role, they also served as a Senior Producer and Licensing for the MX vs ATV video game series, responsible for integrating relationships within the offroad community into the digital media platform.

Most recently, Knudsen joined THQ Nordic GmbH as a Senior Licensing & Marketing Manager. David'srole involves managing licensing and marketing initiatives for the company.

Throughout their career, Knudsen has demonstrated strong relationship-building skills and experience in marketing, licensing, and project management within the gaming and financial industries.

David Knudsen attended Horizon High School from 1990 to 1994, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Following their high school graduation, they enrolled at Arizona State University from 1994 to 1998, focusing on finance. David did not obtain a degree during their time at Arizona State University. Subsequently, from 1998 to 1999, they attended Northern Arizona University-The W. A. Franke College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A) with a specialization in finance.
