Elizabeth Odorisio

Elizabeth Odorisio has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the human resources field. Elizabeth began their career as a recruiter at Aureus Group Systems, where they conducted full life cycle recruiting for a range of industries. Elizabeth then moved on to C&A Industries, where they continued working as a recruiter.

In 2015, Odorisio joined Supportworks, Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist, providing support to contracting companies across the US, Canada, and other international locations. Here, they contributed to the company's rapid growth by delivering radical business supports to dealers.

Following their tenure at Supportworks, Odorisio took on various roles at Thrasher Foundation Repair, starting as a Human Resources Generalist. In this role, they played a key role in the recruitment process and conducted trainings for employees and managers. Elizabeth then transitioned to the position of Human Resources Manager, where they were responsible for coaching managers and implementing the Human Resource Management Information System (HRIS). Odorisio's recent role at Thrasher Foundation Repair is as the Interim Regional Director of Operations.
