Sena Sitti

Sena Sitti has extensive experience in customer care and project management, currently working at Thrasher since November 2021. Prior to this role, Sena served as the Head of Customer Operations at Delasco, leading initiatives to enhance customer support and operational efficiency from March 2020 to November 2021. Sena also held the position of Operations Director at GoodHire from July 2016 to August 2019, overseeing both front line and back office operations. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Operations Manager at GoodHire, a Senior Processor at Mutual of Omaha, and a Project Manager at Utell International. Sena holds a Master of Arts in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Global Business Management, both from Bellevue University.
