Olivia Chen

Olivia Chen has a diverse work experience in various e-commerce roles. Olivia began their career in 2007 at Bethany Lowe Designs, Inc. as a Web Designer, where they worked until 2009. In 2010, they joined 1928Jewelry Company as an Ecommerce Manager, where they started the E-commerce department and managed various aspects of the E-commerce site. Olivia worked there until 2013. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at JigSaw Clothing (Brand) as the Head of E-Commerce USA, overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategy of the U.S. E-commerce Website. Since 2017, Olivia has been working at Threads 4 Thought as the Director of Ecommerce.

Olivia Chen obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned an Undergraduate degree in Economic Management from Wuhan University from 1999 to 2003. In addition, they obtained a certification in Decision Making Strategy from LinkedIn in January 2022.
