Julia Fishman

Julia Fishman has a diverse work experience in customer success and product implementation. In 2022, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at ThreatBlockr, Inc. In 2021, they joined Acquire as a Technical Customer Success Manager, where they delivered consistent value across the entire lifecycle for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise-level customers. From 2016 to 2021, Fishman worked at ExecVision (a Mediafly company) in various roles, including Implementation Manager, Associate Project Manager, Senior Product Implementation Specialist, and Product Implementation Specialist. In their roles, they managed the process of supporting customers, created and maintained customer-facing and internal support documentation, explored improvements, and coordinated with internal teams.

Julia Fishman obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Music Performance, General from American University between 2011 and 2015. Julia also obtained a Software Product Management Specialization from Coursera in March 2019.
