Jherome D.

Jherome D. has a long and varied work experience in the IT industry. Jherome began their career in 2000 at SunGard as a Network Engineer, where they were recognized for providing outstanding customer service three times in a row. Jherome was then promoted to Manager of Network Operations in the same company. In 2007, Jherome D. moved to Oracle, where they worked as a Technical Project Manager. In 2010, they joined CME Group as a Senior Project Manager, and in 2012 they moved to IBM, where they worked as a Global Technical Solutions Architect. Most recently, in 2021, they joined ThreatLocker as a Solutions Engineer.

Jherome D. began their educational journey in 1994 when they attended DeVry University and obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Jherome continued their studies at the same university and in 1998 they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager. In 2000, Jherome D. graduated from North Park University with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Additionally, Jherome D. holds a certification in ITIL V3.
