Scott O'Hara

Scott O'Hara is an experienced construction professional currently serving as a Construction Risk Manager at PCL Construction since February 2023. Concurrently, Scott holds the position of Preconstruction Manager at Three Brothers Concrete, Inc., which began in July 2021, and Senior Preconstruction Manager at Howell Construction since March 2020. Prior experience includes a long tenure at PCL Construction Services Inc., where Scott worked in Preconstruction Services from 1993 until March 2020. Education was completed at North Dakota State College of Science (NDSCS).
