Kate Dufton

Kate Dufton is an experienced events professional currently serving as Show Lead at Three Counties, where responsibilities include the design, planning, management, and execution of the RHS Malvern Spring Festival and Malvern Autumn Show. Prior to this, Kate co-founded K Kollective, specializing in bespoke styling and event planning, and held multiple account management roles at Because Creative Experiences, focusing on immersive brand storytelling and experiential marketing. Kate’s earlier experience includes positions at Sheffield Hallam University, the Event Management Hub, and various roles for events such as the Tour de Yorkshire and the Tour de France Grand Depart. With a Bachelor of Science in Events Management from Sheffield Hallam University, Kate has developed a well-rounded skill set in event execution and brand engagement.
