Alex Rexrode

Alex Rexrode, P.E. is an experienced professional in development and construction, currently serving as the Vice President of Development at Three Leaf Partners since May 2022. Prior to this role, Alex held the position of Vice President of Construction & Development at Artis REIT from December 2016 to April 2022, where responsibilities included site selection, due diligence, entitlements, marketing, design, construction, financial packaging, and lease negotiation for US developments. Alex also served as Director of Construction, overseeing planning and development of office and industrial projects, and as Construction Project Manager, managing tenant and capital improvement project execution. Earlier career experience includes roles as Project Engineer at JP Cullen and Development Manager at Vanta Commercial Properties, where additional responsibilities included construction project management and internship roles. Alex holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
