Elen Roberts

Elen Dolder is a Climate Change, Sustainability, and Recycling Officer at Three Rivers District Council since October 2019, where responsibilities include enhancing recycling efforts and developing a Climate Change strategy following the council's declaration of a Climate Emergency. Prior experience includes roles as Waste and Recycling Officer at Hertfordshire County Council and Waste Compliance Officer at Keep Britain Tidy, where Elen conducted waste composition analysis for DEFRA. Earlier work includes positions as Waste Analyst at Lussmanns Fish & Grill Restaurants and roles in customer service at Fuller, Smith & Turner. Elen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from the University of Plymouth, completed in 2017.
