Rebecca Young

Rebecca Young has extensive work experience in local government. Rebecca started their career in 2008 as a Policy Manager at Hertsmere Borough Council. In 2019, they moved on to Three Rivers District Council, where they served as the Strategic Policy and Partnerships Manager until June 2021. From August 2020 to June 2021, they also held the position of Acting Head of Community Partnerships. Currently, Rebecca is serving as the Head of Community Partnerships at Three Rivers District Council.

Rebecca Young pursued their education at the University of Leicester from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Politics. Subsequently, they attended the University of Birmingham from 2008 to 2010, earning a Master of Science degree in Public Management with a focus on Local Government.
