Stephen Farrer

Stephen Farrer has been employed at Three Rivers District Council since August 2016, serving in various roles including Technical Accountant, Assistant Manager Finance, and Financial Services Officer. Prior to this, Stephen completed an internship at Createadvertising in late 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from the University of Portsmouth (2011-2014) and an AAT in Accounting and Finance from West Herts College (2016-2017).
