Jessica Allen

Jessica Allen has a robust background in outdoor education and recreation, currently serving as Department Coordinator for Outdoor Education & Recreation at Three Rivers Park District since June 2017. In this role, Jessica has successfully coordinated outdoor programs targeting beginner audiences and cultivated partnerships with various organizations to enhance recreation programming. Prior experience includes serving as Recreation and Volunteer Specialist at Carver County, where Jessica developed diverse outdoor events for a wide audience, and held various positions at Vertical Endeavors and Three Rivers Park District, focusing on education and safety in outdoor activities. Jessica’s expertise extends to program development, risk management, staff training, and community outreach, supported by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Earth Science from DePauw University.
