Tricia Young

Tricia Young is a seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience as a REALTOR and owner at THREE SIXTY development+sales+management, where responsibilities include business development, sales and marketing management, residential sales, land acquisition, and strategic planning for builder and developer clients. Prior to this, Tricia co-founded McGriff, Seibels & Williams and served as a Human Resources Coordinator, managing employee benefit programs, staffing needs, and college recruiting. Additional experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Perkins+Will and HR Generalist at Greenberg Farrow Architecture, where duties encompassed employee database management, payroll processing, recruitment, and employee relations. Tricia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management & Services from Auburn University Harbert College of Business.
