Sheena Skelton

Sheena Skelton is a Registered Dietitian at Three Square Food Bank since August 2020, leveraging extensive experience in nutrition and intelligence operations. Skelton also serves as a Senior Intelligence Officer with the US Air Force Reserve since September 2015, where previous roles included Executive Officer and Intelligence Officer. Skelton completed a Dietetic Internship at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from July 2019 to February 2020, following a tenure as a Cooking Matters Nutrition Educator and Dietetic Shadowing Intern at Three Square Food Bank from August 2015 to May 2019. As a Lead Student Ambassador for The Dairy Council from January 2017 to May 2019, Skelton contributed to nutrition advocacy. Military experience includes various roles as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Air Force from May 2007 to July 2015. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas (2016-2019), a Master’s Degree in Intelligence Studies from American Military University (2010-2016), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Texas State University (2003-2007).
