Shawn Carpenter

Shawn Carpenter is a seasoned entrepreneur and venture capitalist, currently serving as the Founder and Managing Partner of Three Tree Ventures since October 2011, where investments focus on seed-stage startups leveraging technology for market disruption. In addition to this role, Carpenter is a Limited Partner and Advisor at Crosscut Ventures, contributing to a fund that drives innovation in the Los Angeles startup ecosystem. Other leadership positions include a member of the Advisory Board at Trinity Cyber, pre-Series A Investor at PeerNova, and Seed Investor at BarTrack, Inc., KeyCaliber, American Weed Co., and WUNDER. Additionally, Carpenter played a pivotal role as a Seed Investor in ThreatGRID, which was acquired by Cisco Systems.
