Fiona Collins

Fiona Collins is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various senior counsel and leadership roles across the media and technology sectors. As the Managing Director and Owner of MFC Legal Consulting Limited since January 2014, Fiona has provided strategic legal guidance while also serving as Senior Counsel at Warner Bros. Discovery from January to October 2023, focusing on high-value IT procurement and commercial services. Prior to that, Fiona held prominent positions at Sky, Discovery Inc., The Social Element, The Rank Group plc, Liberty Global, and Virgin Media, managing complex legal agreements and supporting large-scale projects. Fiona holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of East Anglia and completed the Law Society Final Examinations at the College of Law, London.
