Debra Edwards

Debra Edwards is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting, education, and grant writing. Currently serving as an Independent Consultant at Three since September 2023, Debra focuses on wellness products utilizing advanced cellular technology. As President of Consulting Services of D and J, Inc. since August 2000, Debra specializes in funding development, proposal writing, and grant writing, having secured over 100 million in funding for various clients. Previous roles include Travel Consultant at Intellitravel, Professor of Graduate Studies at Western International University, and Tenured College Professor at North Idaho College, where curriculum development and management training were key responsibilities. Debra holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Technical Education from Eastern Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Public Relations from Whitworth University.
