Joe Budzienski

Joe Budzienski is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Virb, leading an innovative online learning platform focused on the healthcare sector since November 2023. As a co-founder and board member of ThreeMain, Joe has been integral in developing eco-friendly household and personal care products since November 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a board member for Jobiak, where contributions were made to advance recruitment marketing technology, and as Vice President of Product & Technology at Monster Worldwide. Joe's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from founding Gozaik, a social media recruitment platform that was acquired by Monster. Additional experience was gained in executive roles at XpertTech Inc. and Hudson Highland Group, complemented by an education from Pace University - Lubin School of Business.
